I am a little behind on posts I am afraid. We had a lecture on Tuesday where we were discussing our projects. I showed some of the developmental work I had been doing; and Neil, my tutor, said he could see it leading towards surface pattern design and suggested I look at the the work of
Lucienne Day. As it happened I had a book out of the library recently on 1950's surface pattern design, so I was very happy to have a little review of her work.
